ABC3 is an Iowa non-profit corporation, organized exclusively to educate debtors, IN PERSON, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 111, approved by the U.S. trustee to perform post bankruptcy filing, Financial Management Education in Iowa and Colorado. *
ABC3 provides Financial Management Education in a classroom setting. Instructors are Attorneys with backgrounds and experience in finance, bankruptcy, and education. Clients do not have to struggle with cyber courses without human contact or the annoying telephone courses. Clients receive an excellent reference book, free, one that is said to be the best book available for consumers with financial challenges, according to the Executive Director of the Consumer Federation of America.
The Financial Management Education course fee is $40.00 per person or $75.00 per couple and includes one book. The client’s fee must be paid in advance, with a money order or a cashier’s check, to confirm their attendance.
ABC3 conducts classes by appointment only.
Participants must check in 15 minutes prior their scheduled education class ~ with photo ID.
In Iowa, education classes are conducted the day of client's 341 hearings. Classes are available at 11:15 am or 6:30 pm for clients to attend. Upon completion of the course, clients will receive a certificate of course completion.
In Colorado, education classes are conducted in Colorado Springs.

Courses are provided without regard to ability to pay.
